Two late goals by Mississauga Eagles FC midfielder Darragh Roe snatched a victory for the visitors against Kingston FC at the CaraCo ground in Kingston. Roe struck at 81 minutes off a corner kick and again four minutes later when he found the net with a low shot past Kingston goalkeeper Morgan Kenny.

KINGSTON – JULY 6, 2012: On Monday, June 25th, 2012, Colm Muldoon from the Republic of Ireland drove from Belleville to the Ivy Lea Bridge near Gananoque, crossed to the United States, turned his car around and headed back to Canada where he applied for a Canadian work permit. About 35 minutes later he was back in Canada with the needed permit.

Montreal Impact Academy moved back to second position in the First Division standings with a 7-0 rout of Kingston FC Sunday afternoon.

Academy midfielder Wandrill Lefevre led the Quebec side with a hat-trick, including a thunderbolt of a strike from 27 yards at the 21st minute mark, a drive which left Kingston goalkeeper Morgan Kenny with no chance and which put Montreal into a 2-0 lead after Victor Ndiaye opened the scoring two minutes earlier at the 19th minute mark.

Kingston FC allows early goal in loss to TFC Academy

An early goal by forward Christian Campanella was enough to give TFC Academy a 1-0 home victory over Kingston FC Friday night and in one other game, Windsor Stars scored late to take the win over Mississauga Eagles FC.

Campanella struck at the 11th minute mark for TFC at Downsview Park in north Toronto, he beat Kingston FC goalkeeper Waleed Cassis from close range for the fifth win of the season. The win lifted the academy side into second position in the standings.

Wolves upend Kingston FC 1-0 for 1st win of the season

A goal at 21 minutes of the first half gave St. Catharines Wolves their first victory of the season, the goal coming from a free kick which midfielder Scott MacLennan collected to find the Kingston FC net and give the home side the lead.

There were few opportunities to score following the 1-0 lead at half time into the second half for a 1-0 final, a result which lifted the Garden City side off the bottom position in the standings.

It was close in the early stages at the Hershey Centre in Mississauga until Mississauga Eagles FC centre back Thomas McLean headed in off a corner kick 32 minutes to put the home side in the lead and just six minutes later midfielder Matthew Macri made it 2-0, the score at half-time.

Jose Melo increased the lead to 3-0 at the 77th minute mark when he beat Kingston FC goalkeeper Keyan Cassis and while the visitors pressed to reduce the lead Mississauga Eagles FC were much in control for a 3-0 score at the final whistle.

WINDSOR STARS DOMINATE KINGSTON 5-0 SATURDAY

A well-coached group of Windsor Stars took control early to eventually dominate Kingston FC with a 5-0 victory at the Invista Centre in Kingston, the only game played in the CSL First Division Saturday.

The visitors took the lead at the 17th minute mark when forward Stephen Ademolu beat Kingston FC goalkeeper Morgan Kenny with a low shot and Alexander Rickett made it 2-0 four minutes later.

TFC Academy spoils Kingston FC’s CSL debut 4-2

TFC Academy, the senior academy team of Toronto FC, defeated Kingston FC 4-2 in well-played home opener of the CSL regular season at the Invista Sports Complex at Kingston Saturday.

This is Kingston FC’s inaugural season in the CSL First Division following two seasons playing exhibition games as Prospect FC against CSL reserve teams in 2010 and entering the CSL Second Division in 2011.
